Returns
All products purchased from Élevé by Jasmine J are final sale and non-refundable. Because our items are professional-grade beauty products and pigments, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, shade preference, or general dissatisfaction once the order has been delivered.
Our Brown Skin Lab pigments are professional-grade and final sale. For safety, quality, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any pigments that have been opened, used, or swatched.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please review the “Damages and issues” section below and contact us so we can assist you.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if:

your item is damaged,

your item is defective, or

you received the wrong item.
Email us at jasminejamell@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. This helps us evaluate the situation and make it right as quickly as possible.
Approved claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be replaced with the same product whenever possible. Products are not refunded.

Due to the nature of our products, all items are final sale and non-returnable, including but not limited to:

Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect and your claim is approved, we will replace the item with the same product rather than process a return and exchange.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right under local law to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for certain types of products.
However, due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty and personal care products, including Brown Skin Lab pigments, cannot be returned or resold, and are therefore not eligible under this cooling-off period once the seal or packaging has been broken.
Items must be in the same condition that you received them, unused, unopened, and in original packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Because all products are final sale, we generally do not issue refunds.
For approved cases of damage, defect, or incorrect items, our policy is to replace the product, not refund it. If an exact replacement is not possible (for example, if an item is discontinued or out of stock), we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis and offer the most appropriate resolution.
